ABOUT US
MIDDLE MISSION isn’t a church. It is a nonprofit para-church mission and consulting agency that comes alongside any church and faith-based organizations for:
- Exponential Church Growth
- Inhouse Ministry Development
- Outreach and Nonprofit Development
- Building Group Cohesiveness and Family Unity through a concept called “Pragmatic Agreement on Common Ground” and developing male/female relationships with a family focus.
The idea is to build common ground (unity) by addressing the baggage (dead weight) of the past, tactfully, without embarrassment, that buries past unresolved issues that divide.
THE SIX BRANCHES TO MIDDLE MISSION
The New Conversation changes the narrative (the storyline) and the dialog around the storyline regarding issues in society by removing politics, religion, societal norms, and cultural values from the conversation through pragmatic language. The definition of pragmatic language here means: Taking higher truth from the sacred text of the original languages of Scripture and bringing it down to common ground where people live, work, and play in everyday life experiences. We bring it to where “the rubber meets the road” in the God-Talk as we view how God sees things down here through the lens of Scripture so that the “hearers” can find their “own” truth. If they can find their “own” truth, they will “own” it. If they “own” it, they will practice it. If they practice it, they will live it. If they live it, they will benefit from it.
TestifyOutLoud is our means of sharing our stories in the context of our “personal histories” regarding “where we’ve come from,” “what we went through,” and “how we got to where we are today.” Those stories will form our “testimonies” that will be compiled into a “Testimonial Book” as a means of getting to know each other.
The paradigm of BPRT will look at current life through the lens of predictive prophecy paralleled with history that identifies characteristics of the difference between good and evil played out in people and life. The original languages of Scripture will be used in comparison to translations. The purpose is to show self-destruction without God and progressive prosperity with God and for making quality decisions. It explores the pertinent Prophetic Books of the Bible
Grace Gathering is a nonthreatening, nonjudgmental, non-condemning Community of Faith where our sense of self and self-worth and God in us is built up in the Lord, or edified. Edify comes from an edifice, meaning to build up the House of the Lord, our bodies. The basis comes from 1 Corinthians 14. The purpose is to experience the edifying benefits of the gifts of the Spirit recorded in I Corinthians 14 within the setting of each Home Mission Cell Group set up by the consensus of the group at a convenient time. It becomes a worship and fellowship experience.
Besides being equipped with the necessary tools for spiritual battle against giant opposition to your mission, and the big problems one faces, there is a listed, downloadable broad curriculum of study to advance one’s ministry with Five Smooth Stones Courses in Urban Ministry. Courses and Classes will be announced. The objective is to “Train” and “Commission” Disciples of the Lord (Spiritual Warriors) by “Equipping” them with “Spiritual Gifts,” the working value of “the Fruit of the Spirit”; the practical application of “The Armor of God,” a working “Knowledge of Spiritual Warfare;” how to “Pray in the Spirit,” and “Urban-Rural Evangelism.” Training and Commissioning will also entail teachings on “the Gift of Discernment” that will create “spiritual awareness” of people, the times, and circumstances that will also enable the “Identification of Spiritual Strongholds” that resist the “Kingdom Gospel.” Simplistic Demographics will be discussed to enable the identification of ideal geographical areas to develop “Outpost” Ministries. Navigating will include charts and diagrams for effective outreach ministry. Classes will be held along Google Meet after enrollment reaches at least three people.
Urban-Rural Discipleship concerns “Relational/Friendship Evangelism” that reaches home and abroad. It will include a study guide, and meetings will appear at a designated time along Google Meet.
